Phoenix Girls
A spark is enough… Because hope is born from ashes.
The story of the Phoenix is one of the most precious of Eastern tales.
This legendary bird, reborn from its own ashes, growing stronger and stronger with each wing; is the symbol of continuing on your path and starting over despite losses, loneliness and difficulties. Just like girls who have to face great tests at a young age and lose a parent early in life…
As Nursa Architecture and Engineering, we want to accompany the educational journey of these special children, who are heartbroken but full of hope, and walk side by side with their dreams.
It is with this belief that we started our social responsibility project:
“The Phoenix Girls” .
This project is not only a scholarship program; it is also a solidarity network, a call to take ownership of the future.
The Phoenix Girls are a warm hand that we extend to primary school girls who have learned to stand tall against life; who have not lost their light even in the midst of impossibilities. Each of them is an Anka who is passionately devoted to learning despite their losses, believes in success, and is ready to rebuild their own lives.
Who Do We Support with Our Project?
The basic requirements sought for students who will be granted scholarships within the scope of the Zümrüdü Anka Kızları project are as follows:
Being educated at the primary level,
Being a female student,
Having lost at least one of their parents (having to grow up without a father or mother),
Having an insufficient financial situation of the family,
Having a willing and successful student profile in education life.
Students who meet these conditions can continue their education safely by receiving regular scholarship support throughout the year.
But most importantly, these children feel that they are not alone. Knowing that an institution, a community, or maybe people they do not know believe in them often means much more than financial support.
Why Did We Implement This Project?
Because we believe that a small support can open the door to big changes.
Because we know that the contribution made to a child's education is the most valuable investment made in the future of a society.
And because we see that children who have experienced losses in their early lives; if supported at the right time, can transform not only their own destinies but also the lives around them with the potential within them.
With the Phoenix Girls project; we are proud to contribute to the educational journey of girls. It is a great honor for us to accompany their story with hope, to grow their dreams and to be a light on their path.
We know:
Every child, no matter how they start their life, can fly with their own wings one day.
As long as they find the courage and support to spread those wings.
Phoenix Girls is a story that whispers that courage.
And this story will continue to be rewritten with more girls every year…
