Senior Architect

Senior Architect 

We are looking for a Full-Time Senior Architect to join Nursa Mühendislik Mimarlık A.Ş., who meets the following qualifications: 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (preferably from a reputable university),
• Fluency in written and spoken English,
• Possession of a valid TOEFL certificate,
• No restrictions for international travel,
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architecture,
• Experience in industrial buildings is preferred; familiarity with airport, hospital, commercial, public, and mixed-use projects,
• Strong design portfolio across various project scales and phases,
• Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe, etc.,
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, standards, and construction processes,
• Proficient in BIM processes and sustainable design approaches.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the architectural design process from concept to implementation and construction stages,
• Develop design strategies aligned with project goals and client expectations,
• Supervise architectural drawings, 3D modeling, and technical documentation processes,
• Collaborate effectively with structural, mechanical, electrical, interior design, and landscape teams,
• Oversee project scheduling, quality control, and delivery processes,
• Actively participate in presentations, design meetings, and client communications,
• Guide material selection, system design, and construction detailing,
• Keep up-to-date with architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design methods.
